Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDK5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDK5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CDK5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDK5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where CDK5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
