Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, p27_pT198, and PCNA. Each is linked with CDK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by CDK5-low versus CDK5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
