Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,692 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis, Negative regulation of calcium ion-dependent exocytosis, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CDK5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis grouped by CDK5-low versus CDK5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
