Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8A3P, OR4F21, and OR6N1. Each is linked with CDK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8A3P grouped by CDK2-low versus CDK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
