Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PDK1_pS241, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CDK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2 results are reported.
