Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDK15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDK15 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CDK15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDK15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, KIRP, and LIHC are the cancer types where CDK15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
