Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK11B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with CDK11B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK11B-to-partner and partner-to-CDK11B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body grouped by CDK11B-low versus CDK11B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
