CDIPT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDIPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDIPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, ATP6V1G1P7, and MED28P8. Each is linked with CDIPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDIPT-to-partner and partner-to-CDIPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by CDIPT-low versus CDIPT-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDIPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDIPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
