CDHR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDHR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,147 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, PLS1, and SPATA18. Each is linked with CDHR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDHR3 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
