Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDHR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDHR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, RAB36, and SAMD15. Each is linked with CDHR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDHR3 versus RSPH14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
