CDHR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDHR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with CDHR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by CDHR3-low versus CDHR3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
