CDHR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDHR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDHR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPPLY2, OR2D3, and CLC. Each is linked with CDHR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIPPLY2 grouped by CDHR3-low versus CDHR3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
