CDH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRB4, DCK, and GMCL1. Each is linked with CDH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH8-to-partner and partner-to-CDH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRB4 grouped by CDH8-low versus CDH8-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
