CDH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MALSU1, RACGAP1, and NUP35. Each is linked with CDH7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH7-to-partner and partner-to-CDH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MALSU1 grouped by CDH7-low versus CDH7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
