CDH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, RAD51, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with CDH4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH4-to-partner and partner-to-CDH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by CDH4-low versus CDH4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
