CDH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,530 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNEP1R1, C11orf95, and TIMP2. Each is linked with CDH4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH4-to-partner and partner-to-CDH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH4 versus CNEP1R1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
