CDH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRR3, CLEC20A, and LUZP4. Each is linked with CDH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH4-to-partner and partner-to-CDH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRR3 grouped by CDH4-low versus CDH4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
