CDH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,720 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL568P, WASF2, and RRM1. Each is linked with CDH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH3-to-partner and partner-to-CDH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL568P grouped by CDH3-low versus CDH3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
