CDH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,646 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAPGEF1, ZNF534, and PCARE. Each is linked with CDH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH3-to-partner and partner-to-CDH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF1 grouped by CDH3-low versus CDH3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
