CDH26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH26-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, FASN, and Notch1. Each is linked with CDH26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH26-to-partner and partner-to-CDH26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by CDH26-low versus CDH26-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH26→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
