CDH23

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABITRAM, IGKV1D-33, and C17orf113. Each is linked with CDH23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH23-to-partner and partner-to-CDH23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH23 versus ABITRAM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
