CDH23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CDH23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH23-to-partner and partner-to-CDH23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by CDH23-low versus CDH23-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
