CDH20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH20-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1P18, LINC02724, and CTSG. Each is linked with CDH20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH20-to-partner and partner-to-CDH20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P18 grouped by CDH20-low versus CDH20-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
