CDH20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,857 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH20-associated genes across cancer lineages are LANCL1, PIK3C3, and OSBPL6. Each is linked with CDH20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH20-to-partner and partner-to-CDH20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 versus LANCL1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
