CDH20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 522 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH20-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMG2, SYCE3, and RPP21. Each is linked with CDH20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH20-to-partner and partner-to-CDH20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMG2 grouped by CDH20-low versus CDH20-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
