CDH19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, SLC32A1, and OR1L6. Each is linked with CDH19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH19-to-partner and partner-to-CDH19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by CDH19-low versus CDH19-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
