CDH18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH18-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ASNS, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CDH18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH18-to-partner and partner-to-CDH18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CDH18-low versus CDH18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
