CDH18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,723 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDGA2, PCDH15, and ANGPT1. Each is linked with CDH18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH18-to-partner and partner-to-CDH18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH18 versus MDGA2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
