The most reproducible CDH18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ionotropic glutamate receptor signaling pathway, Ligand-gated ion channel signaling pathway, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with CDH18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH18-to-partner and partner-to-CDH18 results are reported.
