CDH18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 761 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM118A, FIG4, and NIPSNAP1. Each is linked with CDH18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH18-to-partner and partner-to-CDH18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM118A grouped by CDH18-low versus CDH18-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
