CDH17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,067 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMURF2, PTPN14, and NXN. Each is linked with CDH17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH17-to-partner and partner-to-CDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH17 versus SMURF2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
