CDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A28, HEXIM2, and RFC2. Each is linked with CDH17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH17-to-partner and partner-to-CDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A28 grouped by CDH17-low versus CDH17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
