CDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and MIG-6. Each is linked with CDH17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH17-to-partner and partner-to-CDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CDH17-low versus CDH17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
