CDH15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP1, PSMD7, and USP10. Each is linked with CDH15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH15-to-partner and partner-to-CDH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N4BP1 grouped by CDH15-low versus CDH15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
