CDH15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,168 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A31, PLEKHO2, and CELF5. Each is linked with CDH15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH15-to-partner and partner-to-CDH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH15 versus SLC22A31 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
