CDH15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, CT45A6, and VCY. Each is linked with CDH15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH15-to-partner and partner-to-CDH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by CDH15-low versus CDH15-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
