CDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 242 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX53, RNPEP, and ARMC7. Each is linked with CDH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH1-to-partner and partner-to-CDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX53 grouped by CDH1-low versus CDH1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
