CDCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, p90 RSK, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with CDCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCP2-to-partner and partner-to-CDCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by CDCP2-low versus CDCP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
