Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDCA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDCA4 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CDCA4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDCA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where CDCA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
