CDC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, MCM6, and NUF2_S247. Each is linked with CDC7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC7 versus POLD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
