CDC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-338P, RN7SL134P, and MIR3915. Each is linked with CDC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC6-to-partner and partner-to-CDC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-338P grouped by CDC6-low versus CDC6-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
