Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC5L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1C, HDAC2, and VRK1. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC5L versus POLR1C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
