The most reproducible CDC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1C, HDAC2, and VRK1. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
