Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,647 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-61P, DPPA5P1, and PPIAP5. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
