Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC5L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Notch1. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
