Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,827 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, NUP153, and PRIM2. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC5L versus SYNCRIP in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
