Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus grouped by CDC5L-low versus CDC5L-high in PANCREAS.
