CDC45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,877 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, BRCA1, and POLE2. Each is linked with CDC45 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC45-to-partner and partner-to-CDC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 versus FANCD2 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
