CDC45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-666P, MTCYBP34, and SNU13. Each is linked with CDC45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC45-to-partner and partner-to-CDC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-666P grouped by CDC45-low versus CDC45-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
