Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and Smad3. Each is linked with CDC45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC45-to-partner and partner-to-CDC45 results are reported.
