CDC45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,928 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, RANBP1, and RAD51. Each is linked with CDC45 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC45-to-partner and partner-to-CDC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 versus MCM5 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
